Since 2004, Recognize The Goods LLC has been the creative engine behind many unique projects. From improvement and resale, to vacation rentals and long-term residential buildings, we work to create comfortable eco-friendly residences.
The properties presented on this site, are only a partial portfolio of RTG LLC's cumulative projects. In addition to these owned properties, we have designed and managed many projects for private clients in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Vermont and Virginia.
Today Recognize The Goods LLC works in rental property management, and new construction projects, under the dba of Westside Management Company.

Recognize The Goods was founded by Tobin Kohlhepp in Culver City, CA. In the early days we worked on the west side of Los Angeles, and travelled to projects in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and San Diego. We had a small crew of highly trained, and creative carpenters and project managers; and a solid list of high-end clients to keep us busy. While helping those clients navigate through building their own real estate dreams, we improved and sold properties throughout greater Los Angeles. The call to rental real state came early, and we began to concentrate our efforts on our own projects, and only the most select jobs for existing clients.
Over the years RTG let go of all clients, to focus entirely on our own builds, rentals, and adventures.
Today we manage properties in Colorado, Virginia and Massachusetts, and work on new construction projects throughout New England.
